New Business leaders are continuously challenged with finding ways to make the new business process faster, cheaper and better. The Committee on Life Insurance Mortality and Underwriting Surveys of the Society of Actuaries has undertaken a survey to examine the various changes insurance companies have recently made, or are thinking of making, to improve the new business process. Highlights from this survey as well as the experience from a company that has dramatically transformed their new business process will be shared and discussed during this session.
