This presentation will describe how the underwriting process and the
claims process interact. Discussion will focus on what to look for or
validate when reviewing contestable claims as well as different resources
available to the claims examiner. We will also discuss Claims Department
collaboration with other departments such as Underwriting and Legal.
From beginning to end, we will see how a claim unfolds.
