Thanks to medical advances, more individuals with HIV are living longer
and healthier lives. This presentation will cover the specifics of the disease
and the timeline of how it has now evolved into an insurable condition. We
will highlight the current drug treatments available, including prophylactic
medication use for pre-exposure. In addition, we will discuss HIV prevention
and how to underwrite this as a chronic disease.
